This exciting and awesome project is in three separate phases, each phase being separate from but complimentary to each of the other phases.

Phase One

$500 million (Existing studio purchase & fit out, film and TV productions, existing movie and screenplay purchases, distribution company set up and new studio complex construction. Also sound stage and film equipment rental expenses, , design work for studio complex & theme park, purchase of land and land options as necessary).

Phase Two

$4.5 Billion (Construction of studio tours, hotel and health spa, additional land purchase, 2 UHF TV stations, training school set up, high technology research department, theme park and cable TV channel)

Yes for 15 years now Larry has been working on the FANTASYWORLDS THEME PARK with a zest and enthusiasm unequalled in history. With rides and attractions the like that has never been seen before this will be one of the greatest and most revolutionary ideas since DISNEYLAND in 1955.

Larry Taylor will produce only quality movies and television programming which is sadly lacking in these days of speed and special effects....

The following statement includes information taken from a Wall Street Journal...

"The world is craving more and more entertainment and the demand for quality programming has literally reached a crisis point. On many broadcast networks, re-runs are the only viable option. Remakes of old themes are now commonplace, while many old movies are being updated and released again and again as studios madly scramble in a vain attempt to try and appease the voracious consumer demand. In a recent Wall Street Journal report, entertainment ranked as the BIGGEST EARNING SURPRISE producing a staggering return IN EXCESS OF 900 PERCENT. Where is all this entertainment product going to come from? Well, for starters, remember that 75-80% of all movies and documentaries which are produced today are funded by private money and only 20-25% are produced by the large public companies. This creates a tremendous opportunity for private investment capital and the young, new and dynamic independent production companies"

This project would result in the purchase of a motion picture studio located outside of California and include motion picture and TV productions. It would also result in the establishment and set up of our own worldwide distribution system, the construction of a FANTASY ADVENTURE STUDIO TOURS and the beginning construction of our own theater chain worldwide.

Later we would construct a 430-acre FANTASYWORLDS THEME PARK to be built somewhere in the United States and a smaller version in Europe and the Middle East.

On April 28th, Larry Taylor Productions reached preliminary agreement on a joint venture partnership with HOLLYWOOD THEATERS INC., which intends to build multiplex theatres around the world with total screens between 50,000 to 70,000 within a five-year period from beginning to completion. This would make us the biggest single producer and distributor of motion pictures in the history of the entertainment industry. The largest current distributor only has a total of 3,500 screens in their network. The combined gross projected profits from this venture are three times the current COMBINED profits of the entire motion picture industry including all seven major Hollywood studios and there subsidiaries of between 12 to 16 BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR. This is better than TWICE the 5.5 BILLION DOLLAR gross of the entire combined industry. This would make us the UNDISPUTED LEADERS of the motion picture industry here in the United States and around the world.
