Advance notice on phased development:
1) Movie studio purchase offered to us in private sale with construction of additional buildings and sound stages, including audience reaction theater with controls on each seat for audience response (firm also to have 1500 special cable boxes in private homes to obtain wider reaction data); video duplication and internet streaming media/web-based film departments; independent production company. Construction of the FANTASY ADVENTURE STUDIO TOURS on the backlot of one of the film studios. Also includes set up of our own cable television channel and construction of a state-of-the-art health spa.
2) Theme park on 450 acres to be built somewhere in the United States and a smaller version eventually in Europe and the Middle East. A large general plan is available for theme park with operational studios offering tours, entertainment (live action stunt shows and special effects experiences), several different backlot areas, professional training facilities and schools for different film specialities; first projects include "Penguinmania" (animation feature film written by Paul Abramson and David Williamson with 500 storyboard panels and 150 model sheets completed as well as 6 songs composed and recorded by Patrick Copeland), "Triumph and the Glory - The Arabian Spirit" (horse racing film with an Arab star), "The Rocks" (live action film), "Harmony Ranch" (TV series), "Fire Force 20-20" (TV pilot episode completed and all artwork prepared on combination live action and computer-generated animation series for children 8-14), "Toxic Chicken" (TV pilot episode written, animated satirical comedy series for teenagers), "The Adventures of HMS Kettlepot" (TV series in the UK), "Another Kind of Lover" (slapstick comedy film); principals include 1. Former comic strip writer, producer of 60 stage plays, film consultant on 92 films, author (14 screenplays) and co-author (14 novels and 9 screenplays), 2. Storyboard artist, 3. Expert on the design and operation of theme parks.

This project would result in the purchase of a motion picture studio located outside of California. It would also result in the establishment and set up of our own worldwide distribution system, the construction of a FANTASY ADVENTURE STUDIO TOURS on the backlot of the 120-acre southern studio and the beginning construction of our own theater chain worldwide.
Later during PHASE TWO build out we would construct a 430-acre FANTASYWORLDS THEME PARK to be built somewhere in the United States and a smaller version in Europe and the Middle East.
On April 28th, Larry Taylor Productions reached preliminary agreement on a joint venture partnership with HOLLYWOOD THEATERS INC., which intends to build multiplex theatres around the world with total screens between 50,000 to 70,000 within a five-year period from beginning to completion. This would make us the biggest single producer and distributor of motion pictures in the history of the entertainment industry. The largest current distributor only has a total of 3,500 screens in their network. The combined gross projected profits from this venture are three times the current COMBINED profits of the entire motion picture industry including all seven major Hollywood studios and there subsidiaries of between 12 to 16 BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR. This is better than TWICE the 5.5 BILLION DOLLAR gross of the entire combined industry. This would make us the UNDISPUTED LEADERS of the motion picture industry here in the United States and around the world.
Other Important Information for Potential Investors
A. MANAGEMENT TEAM: I have often been asked why I have not included a detailed management team as is found in most so-called well prepared Business Plans. The answer is extremely important to a full understanding to my approach. The motion picture and theme park industry is one with some of the HIGHEST SALARY LEVELS of any business enterprise in the world today. This is an industry were "MONEY TALKS AND EVERYTHING ELSE WALKS." To approach studio or industry leaders PRIOR to total funding for the project being in the bank and guaranteed good would be to invite disaster! The VERY FIRST question I would be asked when I approach management leaders would be "IS THIS A FUNDED PROJECT." The SECOND QUESTION I would most likely be asked is "HOW MUCH MONEY ARE YOU WILLING TO OFFER AND HOW MUCH ARE YOU WILLING TO PUT UP FRONT TO CLOSE A DEAL?" Unless I have the funding in the bank and guaranteed good, I would likely be thrown out the office door and my project right behind me! I CAN and I WILL put together one of the finest management teams in the history of the motion picture and entertainment industry, but this must be done from a POSITION OF POWER AND STRENGTH and that means having the total funding in the bank and ready to go. Once we have our financing in place I can negotiate for some of the top management leaders in the entertainment world today. Not just those here in the United States, but THE VERY TOP MANAGEMENT TALENT from around the world. This is the right and proper way to go about setting the management team up and it is extremely important to follow this procedure exactly. Investment and financial sources will need to understand this since it is the heart of any successful venture in the entertainment industry. While I could, of course, go out now and put a management team together this would most likely cost several hundred thousand dollars or more to insure that I was able to secure only the very top talent in the industry. Even then, it would prove most unlikely that all of the members would be available and ready to go once funding was actually in place to begin. Also, please keep in mind that much of this management team would not even be needed until approximate 4 or 5 years into development of the project. I repeat that THE ONLY WAY to approach a management team is from a very strong POSITION OF POWER AND STRENGTH and only money in the TOTAL AMOUNT NEEDED TO FUND THE ENTIRE PROJECT WOULD REPRESENT THAT POWER AND STRENGTH!
B. While there is no five year proforma as such listed in the BUSINESS PLAN it is extremely easy to project potential profits over a 10 YEAR PERIOD instead of the standard five years. Towards the end of the plan there is a section entitled YEARLY PROFITS in which you will find a listing of expect gross profits from just the FANTASYWORLDS THEME PARK alone projected over a 25 YEAR PERIOD. The average attendance level at the park is expected to range between 15 to 16 million visitors a year which I consider extremely realistic given the level and type of advertising I expect to generate each year. When you begin to add in any expected gross profits from all the other components of the complex you can easily determine that gross profits between 3 TO 5 BILLION DOLLARS a year are fully obtainable once the entire complex is up and running. I personally prefer this method since it allows investment and financial source to play around with pen and paper to see for themselves how quickly the gross profits can multiply. Again, this is possible only because of the MULTIPLE COMPONENTS we have designed to set up and overlap each other. The side benefit to all of this is that there is absolutely NO WAY THIS PROJECT CAN EVER FAIL OUTRIGHT. A really bad economic year in any one, two or even three areas of the complex say the health spa, tourist attraction or the two major television stations, would be more than covered by the profits from motion picture production and distribution (both our own or those of independent productions release through our worldwide distribution network), FANTASYWORLDS THEM PARK and our FANTASYWORLD CABLE TELEVISION CHANNEL, the FANTASYWORLDS HOTEL AND PROFESSIONAL GOLF COURSES, etc. It has been our wisdom and foresight that represent our investors best protection. Not everything we will set up or accomplish is listed or covered in the EXECUTIVE SUMMARY AND BUSINESS PLAN in order to protect our most important creative ideas, but there is more than enough here for investment and financial sources to get the picture and to realize that this has been a very carefully though out and designed project.
C. Again, not a lot of the show or thrill ride attractions have been outline in the BUSINESS PLAN in order to protect our creative ideas and designs from an industry well know for its frequent and abusive violation of United State Copyright Laws. However, the FANTASYWORLD THEME PARK is a LIVING PARK unlike anything ever seen before in the history of the entertainment or theme park industries. We will be doing things here that have never before been done anywhere on earth with ride and show attraction and various facilities that have been designed to totally REVOLUTIONIZE both the motion picture and theme park industries, As I said once before, this is NOT simply another motion picture and theme park company, it is instead an ENTERTAINMENT EMPIRE SECOND ONLY TO THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY!
D. While it is not covered in the BUSINESS PLAN, the PATH OF CONTENTMENT HEALTH SPA, FITNESS & REJUVENATION CENTER is a state of the art facility that would cater to the cream of the wealthy elite from the United States and around the world especially Asia, Europe and the Middle East. The top 10 percent of the most wealthy upward mobile, jet-set types use to a lot of service, attention and pampering and these are elements that will become our trademarks. We will be introducing services, techniques and methods that are not only unique, but absolutely revolutionary in the world of health, fitness and rejuvenation. Our clientele would be restricted with room for only 100 guests per week, both men and women in several very unique and unusual theme settings. The general design of the spa has already been prepared and we also have a typical two day schedule along with a complete outline of the services and methods to be used at the spa. Again, I would like to point out that this facility if very different from just abut every other one in the world. The closest to our approach, but well below what we have designed would be THE GOLDEN DOOR spa in Southern California. Ultimately, there is to be a worldwide chain of approximately 30 PATH OF CONTENTMENT health spas to be built over the years in extremely strategic locations designed to maximize the profit returns to the highest possible level.
Finally, this is a project so very vast that many individual investment and financial sources are likely to have a difficult time understanding every single component and our approach to each of them as well as our overall strategy. Yet, I believe a thorough and complete understanding by all investors or financial sources to be absolutely necessary in order to obtain sufficient interest to fully fund a project of this level. To accomplish this end I will make myself available to meet with any group of investors or financial sources for a mini-seminar to go over everything about the project in extreme detail and to answer every question as thoroughly and completely as possible so that each and every investor or financial source will feel comfortable with both the project and our creative and management approach. My transportation and accommodations would need to covered by the investment or financial group, but these costs would be kept to a minimal and a very small price to pay in exchange for the enormous amount of information they would receive. Arrangements would need to be made with me at least three weeks in advance along with all other details.
